Hi all,
We have a three bedroom house in Kensington—15 min to the city by tram or train. The transport and the shop are a 3min walk. Our housemate is going back to France so we have one room available between the 5/6 of September to the 10 of October (dates flexible).
The room is furnished with a mattress and the house is also fully furnished, wireless internet, TV, washing machine, dish machine…The house’s area is really nice surrounding by park, we have a little court yard with a BBQ and a garage where there is a bike for you if you don’t want to pay for the tram.
We are Kyle, American student 23yrs, and Emma, Australian girl 23yrs, easy going and looking for someone responsible and easy. Internationals are welcome.
For the period it’s 620$ (140$/W + bills).
