You don’t need to have an Australian embassy in Algeria in order to apply for a business visa.
All Business visas are lodged and processed in Perth Australia.

There are various visas in the Business visa category- there is a Business Owner visa suitable if you have an ownership interest in a business in Algeria, there is a Senior Executive visa which is suitable if you are in one of the 3 highest levels of management in a company with a very high turnover in Algeria, there are Investment visas if you wish to invest a large amount of money in Australia (at least 750,000$AUD) – there are special requirements for each one of those visas and your eligibility to apply for any of them depends on your own personal circumstances, which need to be assessed in a detailed assessment.
