Pour obtenir la residence permanente, il faut avoir sejourner au moins 2 ans an australie (je crois!!!!), donc ne comptes la demander pendant ton WHV. Il te faudra un autre visa pour ton master (etudiant), et c’est seulement apres que tu pourras demander la residence.

In light of your qualifications, you will first need to complete your Masters in IT for 2 years on your student visa before being able to apply for skilled migration (if you satisfy all the other requirements of age, English language etc and are able to achieve the required pass mark).
