Non –smoking preferred.
No loud parties on weekends.

Part C – Transport and Parking
No trains available
Bus station is 250 m walk – buses to City and Garden City.
Vehicle to be parked on road side.
Mount Gravat Plaza( Shops and grocery- woolworth) is 400m walk.
Gas station is 250 m.

Part D – Other Features
Other service, features etc. free or paying that you think would interest prospective students?

No land phone.

Part E – Price and length of stay
How much per week will you charge? $150 per week
When and how do you want to be paid? By cash per week
What does this price include (Electricity, water etc.)?Water is included in the price but electricity is one fifth of the bill to be paid in cash
How long can a student stay (in weeks)? 16 weeks and extension to be negotiated
Any notice prior to moving out required? Two- weeks notice required.

Part B – Accommodation
Description of accommodation you are offering: 2 story brick house (5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms)
Bedroom: location in house, size (approx.), bed size, any window etc. Second largest room in house with signal bed, study table & lamp, wardrobe , one window & fan, carpeted.
Bathroom: location in house, size (approx.), is it shared or privative etc. Shared bathroom only with other student (not to far from the room)
Kitchen: use of kitchen cooking/fridge ok? Student has full access to the kitchen, cooking utensils, frig, pantry etc,
Any special condition? (smoking or non-smoking etc.)? Curfew? Smoking on the veranda only, no curfew except no late showers

Part C – Transport and Parking
Please describe as precisely as possible where your location is to ALL available transport pick up points in the vicinity. (one or two are sufficient)
Train station (name) is x meters away: train station 400 m away (10-15 min walk)
Bus station (name) is x meters away: buses 500 m away (15 min walk)
Possibility of car pooling? Parking if they buy or hire a vehicle? Park on the street

Part D – Other Features

Part E – Price and length of stay
How much per week will you charge? $240 full board, $220 full board no lunch on week days (these are the going rates for homestay students)
When and how do you want to be paid? Fortnightly into our bank account (can supply BSB & a/c no)
What does this price include (Electricity, water etc.)? No more to pay (if full board)
How long can a student stay (in weeks)? Any notice prior to moving out required? As long as he/she wants to stay. If we go on holidays (sometimes around Xmas) then we will have to give the student notice.
