Redfern has loads of galleries, cafes and shops and is right next to Sydney University.
You are in easy walking distance to Eveleigh Farmers Market and Carriageworks arts precint, the many many bars and restaurants of Surry Hills as well as art galleries such as White Rabbit in Chippendale.
A supermarket and fruit and veggie shops are just downstairs.
Gym and Rooftop!
You have access to a very large gym and a common rooftop with a large barbecue area!
Also there is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher
