TravelWheels rent & sales car, campervan… But these are in bad condition & very expensive ! We bought a car in TravelWheels in Sydney and after check by an another mechanic the car was in very bad condition, it was difficult to guess when you know nothing about cars. Because the car is stuck in the agency you can’t try it so you pay a deposit to book the car, few days later you pick up the car at the workshop but before try it, you fill up many forms & you pay… It’s too late ! They do not reimbursed the car during the « 3 days of satisfaction ». The thing is I know 6 others experiences like us so it’s not unusual.. Some cars breakdown just after bought it… They have got this warranty but it cover minor problems. The agency renew rego but the e-safety check is fake (on our esafety check, they wrote they repaired a part but in fact it was not repaired), the road assistance is for 20km around town (a joke when you know the size of this country)… Shane, the boss is such an idiot who doesn’t care about his customers. I can write such a long message to explain the different situations but trust me DO NOT go there, you will regret it, loose a lot of money. Find another place to rent or buy your car on gumtree !!!
