alors voila je me présente, Jonathan 30ans a la recherche de plus d’informations ^^
Ce matin je reçois un mail de mon patron m’annonçant qu’il a du taff pour moi et qu’il est prêt a me prendre en visas 457 (c’est ballot hein?)
Donc aprés avoir éplucher le site du gouvernement Australien pendant un bon moment, je me sent pas plus renseigner….
Donc perso se serais un taff en tant que chef ou assistant manager (toujours en cuisine)
La ou je me perd c’est quand il est question de « Caveats » (avertissement, mise en garde…)
Donc voici ce que je lis:
« Caveats on 457 occupations
As at 19 April 2017, the Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457) programme can no longer be used for the occupations listed below where the nominee’s position falls within the scope of the ‘caveat’ specified in the relevant legislative instrument.
A summary of the caveats that apply to particular occupations is provided below. For the specific wording of each caveat, see: legislative Instrument. »

Donc je suis un peu perdu, la mise en garde indique que dans ce corp de métier cela conçerne uniquement les « limited service restaurant » (c’est a dire restauration rapide)
ou alors toutes sortes de restaurants?
