Aide ouverture en ligne banque.

    Bonjour à tous,

    Nous venons d’ouvrir un compte en ligne avec la Westpac, mais maintenant je ne sais pas si je peux faire un virement ou non ?

    Voici le message que je viens de recevoir :

    « Thank you for opening your account with Westpac.
    This email provides important details of your new account including next steps.

    Account Type: Westpac Choice
    BSB / Account No.: 73**** / 65****

    What you need to do next.

    Your Welcome Pack, containing a copy of your Customer Account Opening form, will be posted within 3 weeks.

    Initially, you’ll only be able to make deposits using the BSB, Account No and Westpac SWIFT code WPACAU2S.

    To make withdrawals, a signed Customer Account Opening form and identity documents need to be provided and verified by us. All details are included in the Welcome Pack.

    You can complete this, either before moving to Australia, or after arriving at any Westpac branch.

    We also need to confirm your identity. To do this, please bring two pieces of acceptable identification to your nominated branch, e.g. your passport, birth certificate, or driver licence and one of our branch staff will confirm your identity and finalise opening your account. If there are any additional signatories on the account, they will also need to be identified.

    Once these steps have been taken, we’ll be happy to help you:
    – switch your direct debit / credit arrangements you have to your new account
    – order cheque books
    – apply for a Debit MasterCard(R)

    You can do this by:
    – Visiting the branch, or
    – Calling 132 032.

    It isn’t compulsory to tell us your tax file number or about an exemption, but tax may be deducted from the interest you earn on your account if you don’t. Contact the Australian Taxation Office for more information: ato.gov.au
