    Bonjour a tous j’ai vraiment besoin d’aide

    Dear Mr Argentin

This letter refers to your application for a Subclass 457 – Business (Long Stay) visa, which was lodged at Sydney CBD Centre of Excellence on 21/01/2011.

One of the criteria for the grant of a Subclass 457 – Business (Long Stay) visa is an approved nomination. Your prospective employer, BRIDGEPORT TYRE SERVICE PTY LTD, does not have an approved nomination for you at this time. As a result, your visa application is unlikely to be successful.

If you wish to seek more information regarding why your prospective employer does not have an approved nomination for you, please be advised that you will need to contact them directly.

    Impact on your visa application

In the absence of an approved nomination from your prospective sponsor, you can either:

    a) provide comment on your intentions regarding your visa application (including providing evidence that you are the subject of an approved nomination); or
    b) withdraw your application in writing

prior to a decision being made on your visa application.

Please be advised that you are provided with 28 calendar days from the date of receipt of this letter to respond. No further action will be taken on your application until a response is received, or the period for reply has passed. .

If you do not respond within the above timeframe, a decision may be made on your application based on the information already on hand.

As this letter was sent to you by email, you are taken to have received it at the end of the day it was transmitted.

As you currently hold a bridging visa, please be advised that this bridging visa will remain in effect until such time as a decision is made on your application.

If your application is subsequently refused by the Department and you do not lodge a valid application for review of this decision, there will only be a limited number of visa options available to you. If you are unable to obtain a further visa, you must depart Australia by the date your bridging visa ceases. If you stay in Australia after this date without holding another visa, you will be here unlawfully. This has serious consequences including possible detention and removal from Australia.

je ne sais pas quoi faire je suis un peu perdu
    si quelqu’un a une idee
    merci de votre aide
    amicalement greg
