Campervan Mazda E2000, 1988, 265000km, WA Rego.
$4000+ already spent on mechanical maintenance.

Really good condition: more than $4000 spent on mechanics since we bought it in August 2010:
You won’t spend any additional $$ for this van during your trip (we already changed everything…)

– New front and rear brakes + new wheel bearing
+ new engine mount + lot of mechanical
fixes to be safe on the road: $ 2350
– New clutch: $ 517
– New timing belt (camshaft belt): $ 330
– New alternator + new starter: $ 225

It has a Western Australia Rego, the easiest one to renew (can be done online).

– A pop top so you can stand up in the van and get a lot of space, long wheel base (longer than an Hiace).

– 1 big bed (1,90m x 1,50m) really easy to turn on + pop top bed for 3rd person.
– 1 real Electrolux fridge (gas or 240v) with freezer.
– 2 gas burner + 1 gas oven (4Kg build-in gas bottle).
– 1 sink with 50l build-in water tank.
– 20l + 10l fuel tanks.
– Front and rear bull bar.
– 1 Tom-Tom GPS.
– 2 batteries system (1 for engine + 1 for all inside lights).
– Lots of really convenient storages.

Finally it comes with 2 tents (4p and 2p), 2 tables, 3 chairs, 1 surf board, all cutleries, pillows, sleeping bags, CD player with iPod input, fishing gear, snorkelling gear, power inverter, internet Telstra key, side door mosquito net, fire extinguisher, barbecue, and a lot of other convenient stuff…

It is equipped to be totally autonomous for 3 people: we have been driving it from Cairns to Sydney through Darwin, Broome, west coast, Perth, Margaret River, and Tasmania…
