Collocation Brisbane CBD 85$/week !!!

je résume en Français ce que je poste, une place se libère dans un appartement à Brisbane, sur Queen street, c’est à dire en plein CBD/ Valley. Nous recherchons donc un garçon, pour partager une chambre dans l’appartement.
Le bond est de 500$, no minimum stay. Nous possédons une salle de musculation, un sauna et une piscine dans ce même building.
Vous serez a 30 secondes du Woolworth et de tout autres commodités.

Concernant les housemates, ce sont tous des voyageurs et étudiants venant des 4 coins du monde, Brésilien, Canadien, France…

Tout est fourni, tout est équipé, dishwasher, four, Frigo, machine a laver. Il y a une douche pour les garçons et l’autre pour les filles.

I am actually looking for a guy to replace me in my flat on Queen Street.

30 seconds walk from woolworth, 5 minutes walk from the valley (I’m pretty sure it’s less).
The rent is ridiculously cheap, included bills and the location is amazing. Everybody in the house is a traveller or student and we all get along really well, we all come from different countries, Europe, South America and even America. All between 21 and 25.
So if you’re tidy and want to enjoy brisbane, having fun (parties) this is the right place for ya !

Details: Shared room in the boys room with your own bathroom and door to the huge balcony where you can make barbecue or whatever you want (soccer, push up, sunbath). Dishwasher (for lazy people), laundry, microwave, hoven, fridge…
The apartment has a gym, sauna and pool as well ! What do you need more seriously ?

Bond is $600, there is no minimum stay.
