Offre de travail proche de Melbourne ( sur la Great Ocean Road)

Je quitte mon job début février (je n’ai pas la date exacte encore ). C’est un job de cleaner et gardien dans un chambre d’hôte à Apollo Bay (sur la Great Ocean Road). De Melbourne, prendre le train direction Geelong, puis à Geelong le bus direction Apollo Bay ( 4h de transport environ 25 dollars l’allez ).
Le patron s’appelle Rob, il est très sympa. Pas forcément besoin de parler très bien anglais, juste comprendre se qu’il demande. Pour ma part je travail simplement en tant que cleaner payer au black. Donc a vous ne négocier ce qui est le mieux pour vous…
Il à besoin d’une personne qui reste minimum 2 mois.
Possibilité de logement, avec internet et petit déjeuner le matin compris. La maison se situe à 100 mettre de la plage et a 15 minutes a pied du centre.

Salary & Conditions – Caretaker/Cleaner Position Angela’s Guest House

Cleaning Role

• $19.26 per hour (weekdays) and $23.11 per hour (weekends) and calculated on 40 minutes per room with ensuite & 20 minutes per room sharing a bathroom. Average weekly cleaning hours is 15-17 hours.

Caretaker Role

• $150 per week plus a private residence with no expenses and personal use of accommodation breakfast foods.

Weekly pay varies due to cleaning hours. Approximate average weekly pay will be $500 (to be invoiced by ABN) plus free live in benefits (accommodation, bills, etc).

Superannuation of 9% paid extra into nominated fund.

Holidays and Days Off can be taken (with exceptions and with no pay). Ample notice must be given and must be approved.

A training and suitability assessing period may apply. It is an experience and performance based training term (no longer than one week) where the caretaker wage portion is not in effect.

• Keeping Reception, kitchen, foyer and stairwells vacuumed & well kept
• Keeping the car park and grounds swept & well kept
