We have a small bedroom available from the 22nd June in our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom terrace house with backyard in North Sydney/Lavender Bay area.
The house is about 5 mins from the train station and 15 mins from the city and in close proximity to gyms, restaurants, shopping centre etc…
The room is furnished with a built-in wardrobe and a bed. The rent is $180/week (including utilities) and internet is $30/month. The room can be rented short term or long term. No bond is required.
The house is entirely furnished and we have wireless internet and Foxtel.
You would be sharing with 3 professional girls from Australia, France and Japan. We are very social and friendly and like to keep busy with various social activities and sports.
